We had our daughter's birthday party here. The service was great! We had the party in the VIP room. I was allowed to come an hour early to set up a balloon arch and my cake table. We had our own server, who was there the entire time. She refreshed the drinks as soon as they got low, and she took orders for the older guests. The food came out on time and tasted great. We had a manager that came and introduced himself, and he checked on us throughout the party. The kids had a great time. We will definitely consider D&B for our future parties...

I go here with friends it is pricey but expected for arcade. Food better than expected all though it’s not that good but it is ok because it was very fun. One of the best arcade places in the area only thing I suggest is fix the bowling game because it’s always out

My review is based on a bowling party that I just had at this location. Kayla Ellis was excellent and responsive. The process to book the party was super easy! During the party, our server Trent provided excellent customer service and the manager Damien also introduced himself and was very hands on during the entire party. No complaints at all, everything turned out perfect.

Truly exceptional customer service from the manager, Kevin. My daughter visited Dave & Busters - Arundel Mills on 6/3 for a school field trip and lost her phone. Like any other teen, she was frantic and upset. We went back later that evening to look for it, but had no luck finding it. I asked several employees about the phone and then met Kevin, who also assisted us with looking for it. We didn’t find it that evening, but he provided his number and assured us it would be found. I really didn’t think we would hear back, but 2 days later I received a msg that it was located! I couldn’t believe it although my daughter, the optimist, said “keep hope alive.” I don’t normally write reviews; however, I was impressed by Kevin’s diligence and helpfulness in helping my daughter retrieve her memories in that phone. She and I are truly thankful for Kevin’s kindness and for taking the time to help us. Just gives you a good feeling that there are still good people in this world :)

Dave & Buster’s never disappoints! The food was fantastic—crispy chicken tenders and perfectly seasoned fries, but the real star was the honey mustard. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get it! It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The smashed burger sliders with grilled onions were also incredible—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Pair that with the fun atmosphere and great service, and you’ve got an awesome time. Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped in on a Friday night. Our first time back in months and the place had an high tech upgrade! More interactive and immersive games, a bowling alley, new restaurant seating area. Its a pretty cool layout and much needed. The improvements have totally opened up the space. It was packed as expected. Spent 110 on 2 game cards which took kids about 1.5 hours to use up. Between exploring the different games and interacting with random gamers, the kids had so much fun. Did not buy food. Service was great though. Staff helped us navigate an issue with a broken game that still took points from game card. Staff at reward/gift shop was really nice and helped the kids get in and out.

Had fun playing pool. Loved the sweet strawberry lemonade and bacon smash burger. Look forward to trying the strawberry cheesecake.

My brother and I have been coming to this location for 10 years and can easily say this is the cleanest and best one we’ve ever been at. The games are rarely ever broken unlike other locations, employees are kind, food is eh mediocre...don’t recommend that much. I recommend going during the early afternoon, always quiet and dead at that time.
